About the Art
La Cuadra is an abstract art print by Seb Moran that explores structure, proportion, and color through a composition of intersecting geometric forms. Soft dusty pink, mustard, cream, deep brown, and earthy green create a warm architectural palette, while subtle scratches, markings, and distressed textures give the piece the character of a weathered surface. It is meant to be oriented in both portrait and landscape and can fit both spaces well.
The title is a double meaning that refers to the neighborhoods from Mexico City where the artist grew up and the shapes used. It reflects the artwork’s arrangement of shapes and boundaries, where individual fields of color come together like fragments of an imagined streetscape.
