Returns/Exchanges and Damaged items: We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged when it arrives, you must let us know within 15 days of arrival to qualify for a replacement. You must provide a picture of the damage and the damaged shipping tube as well. In countries where return option is required, customer is responsible for shipping costs. (If you are in the UK or EU, you are responsible for return shipping costs to our US warehouse facility)
- Items lost in the mail: If your item does not arrive or is lost in the mail, you must let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will work with the shipping provider to locate your item or find the appropriate resolution.
