Returns / Order Protection
For USA orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges, however, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at hi@sandgrainstudio.com within 30 days of shipment.
For EU orders: If you need to return your item, you must let us know within 30 days of shipment and you will be provided with a US address that these must be returned to. All items are subject to a $10 handling fee. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
